Selection Royale ll

27 April – 25 May 2014

Opened by Dr Jeffrey Nicholas KSJ, historian

Sunday 27 April, 2 pm.

The Exhibition Selection Royale II is registered with the History Trust as a historical exhibition with the “About Time” Festival.
Selection Royale II is a fundraiser for RSASA, in that artworks will be donated to the Society by members, either of their own work or that from their collections.
Ballot tickets will be sold for $100.00 each and the ballot will be drawn on Sunday, 25 May 2014 from 1 pm.
Visitors to the exhibition will be given the chance to purchase a ballot ticket (100 tickets for 100 works), from the time of the official launch of the exhibition on 27 April.
Most of the works will be worth much more than the value of $100.00.  A chance of a bargain and gaining works by noteworthy South Australian artists.
In 2012 the Society launched the first of such a fundraiser, which proved to be highly successful.
The Society is a not for profit arts organisation run by volunteer members and we boast of our long history.
The RSASA Gallery was purposely built for the Society in 1906-07.
